Services
For Individuals
Open-ended psychotherapy has no predetermined end date, providing us with the necessary time to explore the underlying causes of emotional distress, behavioral patterns, beliefs, and past experiences contributing to your current struggles. This approach generally requires a longer-term commitment, with sessions scheduled once or twice weekly, depending on the nature of the work.
For Couples
Couples therapy provides a supportive space for you and your partner to explore and address challenges in your relationship. People often seek this service to improve communication, navigate conflicts, rebuild trust, or adapt to significant life changes. Whether you're facing a specific issue or looking to strengthen your connection, couples therapy can help you and your partner foster greater understanding and work collaboratively toward a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
The Process
Introductory Call
You may be unsure what to expect from therapy. To begin with, I offer a short 15-minute introductory video call. This is a relaxed, exploratory conversation to see if therapy might feel like the right step for you. There’s no pressure to commit — it’s simply an opportunity to explore your next steps.
Assessment
After our initial call, if agreed, we’ll schedule an assessment session. This 90-minute session allows us to look more deeply at your history, current challenges, and main reasons for seeking therapy, providing a stronger foundation for our work together. You will also have the opportunity to experience what it’s like to work with me, helping you gain a sense of our therapeutic relationship as we move forward.
Weekly Sessions
Your weekly session(s) will be scheduled at the same time slot each week. Individual appointments are 50 minutes long, while couples sessions are 60 minutes.
Fees
